Refund policy

Registration fees are non-refundable. A refund will be issued only if Sustainable Development Council is unable to conduct the event. Participant cancellations, withdrawals, or non-attendance are not eligible for a refund.

If we are unable to conduct the event

If Sustainable Development Council is unable to conduct the event, registration payments for that event will be refunded. For assistance, contact info@cregu.in.

Include the program name, participant name, registered email address, registration reference, payment date, amount in INR, and transaction reference.

Payment enquiries

For duplicate charges or a payment without registration confirmation, contact info@cregu.in with your payment references so the issue can be checked. Do not share card details, passwords, or OTPs.
